Hammermühle Low protein Egg Substitute is an emulsifying starch powder as a substitute for hen’s eggs for nutrition as part of a protein-reduced diet for PKU, MSUD or similar diseases of protein metabolism. Hammermühle low protein egg substitute replaces the most important baking and cooking properties of hen’s eggs, but not the taste and the corresponding nutritional values. Not suitable for making scrambled eggs.
