Low-protein ladyfingers are delicious little sweet cookies made from sponge dough. They are traditionally made by hand and contain only 0.9g protein and 10mg Phe / 100g. The low-protein ladyfingers are light and fluffy and are refined with vanilla and lemon flavoring, making them ideal for eating with coffee or tea. The low-protein ladyfingers can be kept frozen for approx. 6 weeks.
